Depending on the item(s) you purchase on www.spcsports.com and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. Currently SPC Sports ships via FedEx and USPS. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). (Please note, some items may offer only one shipping method.) Shipping costs are dependent on the items in your order and the shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.
We accept major credit cards and payment via PayPal. Credit cards and Paypal require us to ship to your billing address. Unless you have added an additional shipping address registered to your paypal or credit card account SPC Sports, Inc reserves the right to change the shipping address in your order to the billing address without your consent. Additionally if your order has a different shipping and billing address this will cause a delay in shipping your item(s) while the information is verified.
spcsports.com offers free shipping on items over $100. Most bats are shipped using USPS or FedEx (FedEx exceptions being Alaska and Hawaii.) All smaller items are typically shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Please allow 7-10 business days for your item(s) to arrive, though this time frame is not guaranteed by the USPS.
At SPC Sports, tracking numbers are assigned to packages almost immediately and generally appears on our Website along with your order information. However, it may take up to several hours before the package is scanned into the carrier's tracking system. That means even though your package has already been shipped fro SPC Sports and is on its way to you, the carrier may not be able to provide any information about your package for up to 24 hours or more.
The status of your order is easy to find. First, check your e-mail. You were required to enter an e-mail address during checkout; you will receive e-mails at your address keeping you up-to-date about the status of your order. PayPal is an alternate method for purchasing your order on www.spcsports.com. It enables any individual or business with an email address to securely send payments online. With a PayPal account, you can choose to pay with your credit card, debit card, bank account, or PayPal account balance for any purchase you make. Your credit card and bank numbers are never seen by the seller or merchant. Plus, you're 100% protected against unauthorized payments sent fro your account. If you select PayPal as your payment option, you will continue through the standard checkout process then automatically proceed to paypal.com to complete your payment.
During the Checkout process, you will see a "Discount Codes and Gift Certificates" section. Enter the discount code exactly as it appears, in the box next to "Discount Code."
After you place your order, you will receive e-mails about your order. Below are examples of e-mails you might receive:
Order Confirmation. This email confirms that we have received your order. It includes your order number. Keep this e-mail for your records.
Shipment Confirmation. This e-mail confirms that your order or part of your order has been sent to the warehouse for shipping. This DOES NOT mean that your order has been shipped. There is a small chance that once in the warehouse your order will not be fulfilled due to an item being out of stock. If this is the case, someone fro our Customer Service Department will contact you with an estimated ship date.

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:
Orders are shipped as expeditiously as possible. SPC Sports makes every effort to process and ship all orders within one business day. Orders made after business hours on Friday are processed Monday and shipped on Tuesday at the latest. All orders shipped via USPS are shipped the day after they are processed.
Orders may only be updated by contacting our Customer Service Department directly. Since we try to process and ship orders as efficiently as possible, please contact us at your earliest convenience to ensure your order is corrected before we ship it to you.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact our Customer Service Department within 24 hours of delivery at email@example.com. Please supply us with your name, order number and tracking number fro your original confirmation e-mail. We will also need your e-mail address and phone number. SPC Sports will make every reasonable effort to work with the shipping carrier to replace the item(s) in a timely manner. We cover shipping charges if there was damage to the item due to shipping.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 60 days of our receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost only if the return is a result of a shipping error on our part. Return items are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
If you would like to return an item to SPC Sports, please follow these steps:
- Please email firstname.lastname@example.org stating the reason for your return within 30 days of receipt
- If your return has been approved you will receive a unique RA ( Return Authorization Number ) Please note if you try to return your package without an RA # it will be refused and sent back to you.
- Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible.
- Enclose a copy of your original sales receipt with a note detailing what you are returning and why. Be sure to keep the original sales receipt for your records.
- All products must be returned in the Original condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit.
- All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
- For your protection, we recommend that you use FedEx or UPS only with signature proof of delivery for your return. Ship the return package to:

We do not accept returns on bats, any exchange or return for warranty or non-warranty must be handled directly with the manufacturer.
We do not accept returns on any items that have been used or removed fro manufacturer boxes, packages or plastic wrapping. Or apparel that has had the tags removed.

Some items are either temporarily out-of-stock or are not available for shipment until a specific release date provided by the manufacturer (preorders). Orders for in stock items begin the order process as soon as your online purchase is completed. Your in stock item will be shipped once the item is located in stock, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. SPC Sports makes every attempt to ship by the next business day. After your order leaves SPC Sports, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address.
